I am Susanta Kumar Das, Aadhar ID:5849 2749 0313, Episode ID:204694593, ABHA NO:91-3743-8531-8356 & request you to formally bring to your attention that I have not received the monthly financial assistance due to me for my Tuberculosis (TB) treatment. I am under treatment of National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme & registered for TB treatment at Haji St Mullick Rural Hospital, Sankrail, Howrah.
My treatment began on dtd.29.10.2025 and is currently ongoing. According to Govt. guidelines I am entitled to receive Rs.1,000/= per month for nutritional support during my treatment period. How ever I have received only Rs.3,000/- for 3 months.I kindly request you to look into this matter very urgently and arrange for the release of my pending financial assistance.
