It is observed that who are very much capable to afford bus fare they are also getting FREE BUS FARE FACILITY. I always support to economic empowerment of weaker sections of women of our State. It is indeed a very very good approach of West Bengal Government. I admire it. But before issuing Pink Card for the above scheme, Govt should be very very rigids to ascertain the INCOME STATUS of the beneficiary , so that originally needy women can get the facility only.
