Please help me with the online application portal link for PINK CARD in West Bengal Transport Department. It has been declared by Govt.Of West Bengal that from 1st August, 2026 Free Bus Service using/showing any Govt. documents like AADHAAR Card/Voter Card is being stopped. It is been prescribed that only PINK CARD will authorize for a free travel/ride in Govt. Buses.
