Respected sir,
With due to respect,I am writing this letter for clearing my doubt.Sir had applied Lakshmir Vandar and verified in B.D.O level but not completed S.D.O level and so that never got vata.Now my doubt is for what process I have to follow? Again new application have to do? Or that application will valid after S.D.O verification?
