Subject: Suggestion for implementing an online tracking system for Annapurna Yojana applications
To the concerned authorities,
I am writing to share a suggestion regarding the Annapurna Yojana application process. While the scheme is a great initiative, many applicants, including myself, are facing difficulties in knowing the status of their submitted applications.
Currently, once an application is submitted and an application number is generated, there is no system to track its progress. Applicants remain unaware of whether their application is under review, approved, or rejected. If an application is rejected, there is no information provided regarding the reason for the rejection, which leaves citizens confused and unable to rectify potential errors.
I kindly request that you implement an online tracking system on the official portal. By using the unique application number, citizens should be able to view the current status of their application (e.g., "Under Review," "Approved," or "Rejected"). If rejected, a brief reason for the same would be extremely helpful.
This addition would bring much-needed transparency, reduce anxiety among applicants, and improve the overall efficiency of the service.
Thank you for your time and for all your efforts towards the welfare of the citizens.
