Scheme Introduction: A Brief Overview

Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramikon ke Bachchon Hetu Nishulk Coaching Sahayata Yojana is an educational welfare initiative launched by the Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (CBOCWWB) to help registered construction workers and their children prepare for competitive examinations without worrying about coaching expenses. Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive free coaching for examinations such as CGPSC, CG Vyapam, SSC, IBPS Banking, Railway Recruitment, and Police Recruitment through Board-approved coaching institutions.

The coaching is provided for a period ranging from 4 to 10 months and includes daily live classes, recorded lectures, hard-copy and soft-copy study material, monthly doubt-clearing sessions, and online learning support. The benefit is available to registered construction workers and their first two children, provided the worker has completed at least one year of registration with the Welfare Board. Through this initiative, the Chhattisgarh Government aims to ensure that financial limitations do not prevent construction worker families from accessing quality coaching, higher education opportunities, and better career prospects.

The Chhattisgarh Government has also introduced several educational and career-oriented initiatives for students and youth, including the Atal Career Nirman Yojana, Mukhyamantri Noni Babu Medhavi Shiksha Sahayata Yojana, CM IT Fellowship Program, and Mukhyamantri Shiksha Sahyog Yojana. While these schemes focus on career guidance, higher education support, digital innovation, and academic assistance, the Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramikon ke Bachchon Hetu Nishulk Coaching Sahayata Yojana specifically supports construction worker families by providing free coaching and academic guidance for competitive examinations.
