In the Annapurna Bhandar form fill-up, due to a mistake, I submitted the form without adding the names of the Annapurna Yojna holder’s family members. Therefore, I would like to correct it.

Request for Edit/Cancellation of Annapurna Yojana Application
Dear Sir/Madam,
Yesterday , I was submitted an application for Annapurna Yojana with Application Number 303106559638. In the application, I entered Rupalika Mondal as the Head of the Family and added her two daughters as family members.
However, one of her daughters, Sayantani Mondal, is eligible for Annapurna Yojana. While filling out the form, I mistakenly selected "No" for the option "Are you applying for Annapurna Yojana?" under the Benefits under Government Schemes section and submitted the application.
I kindly request you to either:
Provide me with a one-time option to edit the submitted application, or
Cancel the current application from your end so that I can submit a new application with the correct details.
Or, if you can change Are you applying for Annapurna Yojana?" No" to "yes". That will be also helpful for me.
Please let me know if any additional information or documents are required from my side.
