Scheme should be implemented after completion of 10+2 class by the applicant

I would like to thank the government of Chhattisgarh for this excellent scheme for girls. However it could be more beneficial, if it is implemented after the completion of 10+2 at that time full payment should be disbursed, instead of their birth. It took eighteen years to get that money, and the people can't wait and also not believe on the government schemes. I would like to request the registration and application for the scheme should fill after 10+2 at that time payment should be disbursed to the eligible applicants.
