Scheme Introduction: A Brief Overview

Cracking the Civil Services Examination is the dream of every aspirant in India, but the journey is not an easy one. It demands years of dedication, consistent hard work, disciplined preparation, and proper guidance from experienced mentors. Many deserving candidates, especially those from economically weaker sections, struggle to afford coaching from reputed private institutes that charge extremely high fees. To bridge this gap and support genuine aspirants, Hamdard Study Circle (HSC) started its Residential Coaching Programme for Civil Services Examination in the year 1991, and since then, it has become one of the most trusted coaching institutions in the country.

Hamdard Study Circle now invites applications for admission to the UPSC Civil Services Examination Residential Coaching Programme 2026-27. Over the years, HSC has produced remarkable results, with 758 candidates successfully clearing various All India and Central Services through its guidance and training. The institute runs its programme on the pillars of quality learning, continuous monitoring, and the values of public service, which makes it stand apart from other coaching institutes. HSC provides complete guidance for all three stages of the Civil Services Examination, which includes Prelims, Mains, and Personality Test.

Unlike Jamia Millia Islamia, the coaching programme of Hamdard Study Circle is not fully free; however, it charges a very reasonable and affordable fee from its students, which covers quality coaching along with residential and mess facilities. Once students secure admission into the programme, HSC offers them a complete learning ecosystem that includes coaching classes for the Civil Services Examination, residential facilities for both boys and girls, sports and recreational facilities, a post office and banking access, round-the-clock safety and security, 24×7 power backup and free Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped air-conditioned library that operates 24 hours a day. Along with classroom teaching, the year-long curriculum covers free preliminary test series, mains test series at concessional rates, essay writing sessions, speaking practice, group discussions, regular alumni interaction, and online video classes for CSAT, Current Affairs and Ethics papers.

To shortlist candidates for the Residential Coaching Programme, Hamdard Study Circle conducts an all-India Entrance Examination at 30 exam centres across different states and union territories of India. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their online application form starting from 16th March 2026, and the last date to apply is 30th April 2026. Candidates are also advised to explore similar opportunities such as the "Aligarh Muslim University Free Coaching Scheme for Civil Services", "Atiya Foundation Free Coaching Program for Civil Services", and "Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) RCA Free Coaching Program for Civil Services" to widen their options for quality coaching support.
