Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor service I received for my marriage registration appointment.
I had booked an appointment for 2 August 2026, during which your representative was supposed to visit my home to collect and verify the required documents. However, no one arrived, and I did not receive any call, message, or prior intimation about the delay or cancellation.
When I contacted customer care, I was given the employee's contact number. I called the number several times, but the employee did not answer. I contacted customer care again, but they failed to provide any resolution or assistance.
This level of service is highly unprofessional and irresponsible. My valuable time was wasted because of the negligence and lack of accountability of your staff. Such behavior causes unnecessary inconvenience to customers.
I request you to investigate this matter, take appropriate action against those responsible, and ensure that this does not happen to any customer in the future. If your organization is unable to provide reliable home services, it would be better to discontinue them rather than inconvenience customers.
