Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a matter regarding the medical treatment of my son, Kamar Raza, who has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and is scheduled for treatment at Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, Tamil Nadu.
We have received the sanction letter issued by the Jharkhand State Aarogya Society (Letter No.: 04(अ०)MMGBUY-156/2026-162, dated 09/07/2026) under the Mukhyamantri Gambhir Bimari Upchar Yojana, approving a medical grant of ₹9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs Only) for his treatment.
However, when I approached the Civil Surgeon Office, Giridih, for the disbursement of the sanctioned amount, I was informed that the funds are currently not available at the district level and that the state government has not yet released the budget to the district fund.
My son’s health condition is extremely critical, and any delay in receiving the approved medical grant will severely impact his life-saving treatment at CMC Vellore.
Therefore, I humbly request your immediate intervention on an emergency basis to allocate and release the sanctioned funds to the Civil Surgeon, Giridih, so that the payment can be disbursed to the hospital as soon as possible.
