Scheme Introduction: A Brief Overview

• Maharashtra Government announced several welfare scheme while presenting the supplementary budget in the assembly.
• Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana is one the scheme which is announced with an objective to create jobs for youths of Maharashtra.
• More than 11 lakh students pass graduation, post graduation and diploma courses in Maharashtra and most of them can't able to find suitable jobs.
• So to secure their future and to prepare them for better future job opportunities, Maharashtra Government provided on the job training to all eligible youths under Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana.
• Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department of Government of Maharashtra is the implementing department of this scheme.
• Originally the name of this Scheme is Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yoana.
• But this scheme is specifically for young boys that's why Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana is also famous among people.
• People also taking the name of this scheme as "Maza Ladka Bhai Yojana" or "Maza Ladka Bhau Scheme" or "Maza Ladka Bhai Scheme".
• Maharashtra Government will provided on the job training in Industrial and Non Industrial establishments to all eligible youths.
• Youths recruited will also get monthly stipend according to their qualification under Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana.
• Monthly stipend that are going to provide under Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana are as follows :-
  • Rs. 6,000/- to 12th Passed Youth
  • Rs. 8,000/- to ITI or Diploma Passed Youth.
  • Rs. 10,000/- to Graduation or Post Graduation Passed Youth.
• Only 18 Years to 35 Years age group youth are eligible to apply for Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana.
• 12th , ITI, Diploma Holder, Graduation, Post Graduation passed students can apply for on the job training.
• Around 10 lakh youths of Maharashtra will get on the job training with monthly stipend under Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana.
• On the job training under Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana will only provided for a period of 6 months.
• Applicant Youth can apply for Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana through Online Application Form which is available on Mahaswayam Portal.

Scheme Benefits

• Maharashtra Government will provide the following benefits to all eligible youth under Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana :-

  On the Job Training for a Period of 6 Months will be Provided. Stipend paid during the training period are as follows :- 12th Pass :- Rs. 6,000/- per month. ITI/ Diploma :- Rs. 8,000/- per month. Graduation/ Post Graduation :- Rs. 10,000/- per Month.

Eligibility Requirements

• Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana benefits i.e. on the Job Training with monthly stipend will be provided to only those applicant youths who fulfill the following eligibility : -
  • Applicant Youth should be a Resident of Maharashtra.
  • Applicant Youth's Age should be between 18 to 35 years.
  • Qualification of Applicant Youth should be 12th, ITI/ Diploma, Graduate, Post Graduate Passed.
  • Registration on Skill, Employment, Entrepreneuship and Innovation Department Website is must.

Establishments and Industries Eligibility

• Industries and Establishments are only eligible to recruit youth for on the job training under Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana when they fulfill the following eligibility :-
  • Industry/ Establishment is Working within the State of Maharashtra.
  • Should be Registered as an Employer on the Website of Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department.
  • Industry/ Establishment should be older then 3 years.
  • Industry/ Establishment should be Registered with ESIC, DPIIT, EPF and Udhyog Aadhar.

• The following documents is needed to be uploaded at the time of applying for Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana of Maharashtra Government : -
  • Maharashtra Residence Proof.
  • Educational Documents.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Income Certificate.
  • Passport Size Photo.
  • Mobile Number.

Steps to Apply

• To avail the benefit of On the Job Training with monthly stipend under Maharashtra Government's Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana, Applicant has to fill the Online Application Form.
• Online Application Form of Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana is available on Mahaswayam Website.
• You can find Online Application Form with a name of Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana.
• Applicant has to Register themselves as a Jobseeker first.
• Aadhar Number is must for Registeration.
• Applicant will recieve Registration ID and Password on their mobile number after registration.
• Login on the website with recieved Registration ID and Password.
• Choose Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana or Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana from the scheme list.
• Fill the personal details, contact details, education details, bank account details and other related information in Maza Ladka Bhai Yojana Online Application Form.
• Upload the documents in scanned format.
• Checked the filled details and click on submit button to submit the application form.
• Take a print out of Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana Application Form for future use.
• Department of Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation of Maharashtra Government will verify the recieved application forms.
• Applicant selected for on the job training will be informed through SMS about their selection.
• Applicant Youth will get 6 Months on the job training and a monthly stipend under Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana of Government of Maharashtra.
• In case of any help regarding Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana, Beneficairy youth can visit their District Office of Skill Development, Entrepreneurship Guidance Centeror.
