What is the Kushal Yuva Program (KYP)?

Eligibility for the Bihar Skill Development Mission

• The candidate must have passed at least the 10th class.
• The age limit for general candidates is 15 to 28 years.
• The maximum age for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates is 33 years.
• The maximum age for Other Backward Class candidates is 31 years.
• The maximum age for candidates with disabilities is 33 years.
• Candidates who have completed higher education or are currently pursuing higher education may also be eligible for KYP subject to the prescribed conditions.

Does BSDM Provide Jobs?

How to Apply for BSDM?

• Beneficiaries can apply through the online portal of the Bihar Skill Development Mission.
• First, the applicant has to complete the registration process.
• After registration, the applicant has to log in through the same portal.
• Fill out the application form carefully and upload the required documents, including:
  • Residence certificate
  • Aadhaar card
  • Class 10th and 12th passing certificates mentioning the date of birth
  • Passport-size photograph
  • Bank account details
• Recheck the application form and all documents and click the Submit button.
• The application will be verified by the concerned skill development officials.
