• The Chhattisgarh Dr. Khoobchand Baghel Swasthya Sahayata Yojana has been launched by the Government of Chhattisgarh.

  • Individuals covered under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY).
  • The applicant must possess a valid ration card.
• The primary objective of the scheme is to provide quality medical treatment for identified diseases to eligible families.
• Eligible beneficiaries will receive the following benefits under the Chhattisgarh Dr. Khoobchand Baghel Health Assistance Scheme:
  • Priority and Antyodaya ration card holder families are eligible for cashless health coverage of up to ₹5 lakh.
  • General ration card holder families are eligible for medical treatment benefits of up to ₹50,000.
• The scheme covers hospitalization, surgeries, medical procedures, diagnostic tests, and other treatment-related expenses in both government and empanelled private hospitals, including eligible hospitals outside the state.
• Eligible individuals can avail the benefits of the Chhattisgarh Dr. Khoobchand Baghel Health Assistance Scheme by applying through the following mode:
  • Offline application.

Scheme Benefits

• Priority and Antyodaya Ration Card holder families are eligible for cashless health coverage of up to ₹5 lakh per family.
• General Ration Card holder families are eligible for cashless medical treatment benefits of up to ₹50,000 per family.

Eligibility Requirements

• The following categories of applicants are eligible under the Chhattisgarh Dr Khoobchand Baghel Health Assistance Scheme:
  • The applicant must be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh.
