• In case of an accident, the actual cost of medical treatment is reimbursed up to a maximum of ₹20,000.
• If a worker is hospitalised for more than 15 days, the wage loss is compensated at the applicable minimum wage rate for the days lost.
• For serious or critical illnesses such as heart, kidney, liver, cancer, spinal, neurological, or paralysis treatment, the scheme offers assistance of up to ₹20,000.
• Every sanctioned amount is paid directly to the worker through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) into their Aadhaar-linked bank account.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Dirghayu Sahayata Yojana, an applicant must meet the following conditions:

• The applicant must be a resident of Chhattisgarh.
• The registered construction worker must be between 18 and 60 years of age.
