પરિચય
- નાણા મંત્રી શ્રી. કનુભાઈ દેસાઈ 02-02-2024 ના રોજ વિધાનસભામાં વર્ષ 2024-2025 માટે ગુજરાત સરકારનું નાણું રજૂ કરે છે.
- તેમણે આ જ નાણાકીય વર્ષથી ગુજરાતમાં 3 નવી કલ્યાણ યોજનાઓ શરૂ કરવાની જાહેરાત કરી.
- ગુજરાત નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજના એક એવી યોજના છે જે ખૂબ જ ટૂંક સમયમાં લાગુ થવા જઈ રહી છે.
- નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજના ગુજરાતના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે મુખ્ય કલ્યાણકારી યોજના બનવા જઈ રહી છે.
- નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજના તેના અમલીકરણ પછી ગુજરાતમાં અન્ય કેટલાક મોટા નામોથી જાણીતી થશે જે આ પ્રમાણે છે :-
- "નમો સરસ્વતી મેરિટ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના".
- "ગુજરાત વિજ્ઞાન સાધના મેરિટ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના".
- “નમો સરસ્વતી સ્કીમ”.
- નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજના શરૂ કરવા પાછળનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ્ય ધોરણ 10 પાસ કર્યા પછી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહમાં આગળ વધવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવાનો છે.
- ગુજરાત સરકારનો શિક્ષણ વિભાગ આ યોજનાનો અમલીકરણ વિભાગ છે.
- ધોરણ 11માં વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવાથી વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ભવિષ્યમાં વિજ્ઞાન અને ટેક્નોલોજી સંબંધિત ક્ષેત્રોમાં નોકરીઓ મેળવવા માટે પૂરતી તકો ખુલશે.
- ગુજરાત સરકારનો અંદાજ છે કે ગુજરાતમાં નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજના લાગુ કર્યા પછી, વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓની નોંધણી દર વર્ષે 2 લાખથી વધીને 5 લાખ થઈ જશે.
- રૂ. ૨૫૦૦૦/-ની શિષ્યવૃત્તિ નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજના હેઠળ એવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને 2 વર્ષ માટે આપવામાં આવશે જેઓ ધોરણ 10ની પરીક્ષા પાસ કર્યા પછી ધોરણ 11માં વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહની પસંદગી કરે છે.
- ધોરણ 11માં અભ્યાસ કરતી વખતે પાત્ર વિદ્યાર્થીઓને રૂ ૧૦૦૦૦/- આપવામાં આવશે.
- તેવી જ રીતે ધોરણ 12 માં અભ્યાસ કરતી વખતે પાત્ર વિદ્યાર્થીઓને રૂ 15,000/- આપવામાં આવશે.
- નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજનાના શિષ્યવૃત્તિ રકમ વિતરણ માપદંડ નીચે મુજબ છે :-
- રૂ. 1, 000/- દર મહિને ધોરણ 11માં 10 મહિના માટે. (કુલ રૂ. 10, 000/-)
- શહેરી વિકાસ માટે રૂ. 1, 000/- ધોરણ 12માં 10 મહિના માટે દર મહિને. (કુલ રૂ. 10, 000/-)
- બાકી રહેલા રૂ. 5, 000/- વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ધોરણ 12 બોર્ડની પરીક્ષા સફળતાપૂર્વક પાસ કર્યા પછી આપવામાં આવશે.
- માત્ર તે જ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજના હેઠળ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ માટે અરજી કરવા પાત્ર છે જેઓ ધોરણ 11માં પ્રવેશ સમયે વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહ પસંદ કરે છે.
- ગુજરાત નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજનાના અમલીકરણ માટે વર્ષ ૨૦૨૪-૨૦૨૫ માટે ગુજરાત સરકાર રૂ. ૨૫૦/-કરોડ નું નાણું નક્કી કરે છે.
- નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજનાની માર્ગદર્શિકા ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા 12 માર્ચ, 2024ના રોજ બહાર પાડવામાં આવી છે.
- પાત્ર વિદ્યાર્થીઓની નોંધણી માટે નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજનાનું સત્તાવાર પોર્ટલ/ વેબસાઇટ પણ ટૂંક સમયમાં શરૂ કરવામાં આવશે.
- નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજના અત્યારે માત્ર એક જાહેરાત છે તેથી લાભાર્થી વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ આ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના માટે અરજી કરવા માટે થોડી વધુ રાહ જોવી પડશે.

યોગ્યતાના માપદંડ
- નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજનાના લાભો એવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પૂરા પાડવામાં આવશે કે જેઓ ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા નિર્ધારિત નીચેની પાત્રતાની શરતો પૂરી કરે છે :-
- લાભાર્થી ધોરણ 11 અથવા ધોરણ 12નો નિયમિત વિદ્યાર્થી હોવો જોઈએ.
- લાભાર્થી વિદ્યાર્થીએ ધોરણ 10માં 50% ગુણ મેળવ્યા હોવા જોઈએ.
- લાભાર્થી વિદ્યાર્થીએ વિષય તરીકે વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહ હોવો જોઈએ.
- વિદ્યાર્થી ઓછી અને મધ્યમ આવક ધરાવતા પરિવારનો હોવો જોઈએ.

- ગુજરાત સરકારની નમો સરસ્વતી યોજના હેઠળ નાણાકીય સહાય/ શિષ્યવૃતિ માટે અરજી કરતી વખતે જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો નીચે મુજબ છે :-
- રહેઠાણનો પુરાવો/ ગુજરાતનું નિવાસસ્થાન.
- આવકનું પ્રમાણપત્ર.

કેવી રીતે અરજી કરવી
- ગુજરાત સરકારે તાજેતરમાં 2024-2025ના નાણાંમાં નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજનાની જાહેરાત કરી હતી.
- ગુજરાતના નાણામંત્રી શ્રી. કનુભાઈ દેસાઈએ સભામાં જણાવ્યું કે ગુજરાતમાં આગામી નાણાકીય વર્ષથી એટલે કે 2024-2025થી આનો અમલ કરવામાં આવશે.
- 12 માર્ચ, 2024ના રોજ ગુજરાત સરકારે નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજનાની સત્તાવાર માર્ગદર્શિકા બહાર પાડી હતી.
- નમો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજનાના સંપૂર્ણ લાભ અને લાયકાતની વિગતો માર્ગદર્શિકામાં આપવામાં આવી છે.
- મિલી જાણકારી કે અનુસાર સરકાર દ્વારા નામો સરસ્વતી વિજ્ઞાન સાધના યોજના કા અધિકારીક પોર્ટલ બનાયા જાયેગા જિસ પાર છાત્રોન કો પંજીકૃત કિયા જાયેગા.
