Scheme Introduction: A Brief Overview

Atiya Health and Education Foundation, established in 2010, operates as a CSR initiative dedicated to providing free residential coaching for UPSC Civil Services aspirants. The foundation works with a clear mission to identify and guide talented students from all backgrounds, especially those from economically disadvantaged sections, who aspire to serve the nation through civil services. With core values of Respect, Integrity, Diligence, and Compassion, Atiya Foundation ensures that financial constraints never become barriers to anyone's civil service dreams.

Every year, lakhs of students appear in the UPSC examination, and many pay substantial coaching fees ranging into lakhs of rupees. However, numerous deserving students possess the talent and determination but lack the financial resources to afford quality coaching. Atiya Foundation bridges this gap by offering completely free coaching with residential facilities to selected candidates. The foundation firmly believes that the best administrators are those connected to ground realities, and thus provides equal opportunities regardless of economic background.

The Atiya Residential Coaching Academy operates from two locations in Delhi - Patel Nagar (2 km from Old Rajinder Nagar) and Dwarka Sector-8. Both centres provide comprehensive infrastructure, including well-equipped classrooms, 24*7 air-conditioned library, computer labs, hostel accommodation, and quality dining facilities. The academy creates a competitive yet supportive environment where students motivate each other, ensuring consistent progress for all.

Admission happens through a rigorous two-stage selection process. First, candidates must qualify for a National Level Written Test conducted across 11 cities in India. Those who clear the written test are called for a personal interview in Delhi. The entire selection process remains absolutely free of cost. Selected students receive not just coaching but complete support, including accommodation, food, study materials, regular test series, mentorship from experienced faculty, and interactions with in-service officers. For the academic year 2026-2027, the foundation offers comprehensive programs for both UPSC CSE 2026 (Mains Module) and UPSC CSE 2027 (complete Prelims and Mains preparation).

Other similar civil services coaching programmes include "Aligarh Muslim University Free Coaching Scheme for Civil Services""Hamdard Study Circle RCA Civil Services Coaching Program", and "Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) RCA Free Coaching Program for Civil Services". These programs also provide free residential coaching facilities to deserving candidates aspiring for civil services.
