Scheme Introduction: A Brief Overview

Class 12 pass candidates receive ₹4,000 per month, candidates with eligible ITI, diploma, government skill-training or certificate courses of at least 6 months (such as RTD, Domain Skilling, or the Kushal Yuva Programme) receive ₹5,000 per month, and graduates or postgraduates receive ₹6,000 per month. The government transfers the stipend directly to beneficiaries through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

The scheme also provides an additional sustenance allowance to eligible candidates undertaking internships away from their home district. Interns placed outside their home district but within Bihar can receive an additional ₹2,000 per month for the first 3 months, while those undertaking internships outside Bihar can receive ₹5,000 per month for the entire internship period, subject to the applicable scheme conditions.

Eligibility Requirements
