Applications of Nirman Shramikon Ke Bachchon Hetu Utkrisht Khel Protsahan Yojana are accepted only through online mode. Applicants may apply directly through the Chhattisgarh Labour Department portal or submit their applications through the nearest Common Service Centre (CSC). Eligible applicants must submit their applications within six months of the date of issuance of the excellence certificate by the Sports Department.

After verification by the concerned Labour Office, the approved incentive amount is transferred directly to the beneficiary's bank account through RTGS or NEFT.
