Scheme Introduction: A Brief Overview

Mukhyamantri Noni Sashaktikaran Sahayata Yojana is a welfare scheme implemented by the Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (CBOCWWB) for the social and economic empowerment of unmarried daughters of registered construction workers. The scheme provides a one-time financial assistance of ₹20,000 directly into the bank account of the eligible daughter.

The scheme aims to encourage higher education, skill development, self-employment, and future livelihood opportunities for daughters belonging to construction worker families. By providing financial support at an important stage of life, the scheme seeks to improve educational and economic prospects while promoting the overall empowerment of young women.

The assistance is available only to unmarried daughters of registered construction workers who fulfill the prescribed eligibility conditions regarding age, educational qualification, and family status. The amount is transferred directly to the beneficiary's bank account through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

The Chhattisgarh Government has introduced several welfare initiatives for construction workers and their families, including the Mini Mata Mahtari Jatan Yojana, Mukhyamantri Naunihal Chatravriti Yojana, Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramikon ke Bachchon Hetu Nishulk Coaching Sahayata Yojana, and Mukhyamantri Noni Babu Medhavi Shiksha Sahayata Yojana. While these schemes provide maternity assistance, scholarships, coaching support, and educational incentives, the Mukhyamantri Noni Sashaktikaran Sahayata Yojana specifically focuses on the empowerment and future development of unmarried daughters of registered construction workers.

Eligibility Requirements

• The applicant must be the unmarried daughter of a registered construction worker.
• The construction worker must be registered with the Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
• The daughter must be at least 18 years of age and not more than 21 years of age.
• The daughter must be unmarried at the time of application.
• The daughter must be a native resident of Chhattisgarh.
• The daughter must have passed Class 10 (High School) examination.
• The daughter must not be registered as a beneficiary under any other labour welfare board.
• The daughter must have a bank account in her own name.
• The applicant must submit all prescribed documents and declarations.
• The father or mother or both must be registered as a construction worker with the Board for at least 3 years.
• The benefit is available only to the first two unmarried daughters of the registered worker.

Ineligibility

• Applicants who have already received assistance under Minimata Kanya Vivah Yojana or Rajmata Vijayaraje Kanya Vivah Sahayata Yojana are not eligible.
• Girls who avail benefit under this scheme in a financial year will not be eligible for Mukhyamantri Naunihal Chatravrutti Yojana and Mukhyamantri Noni Babu Medhavi Shiksha Sahayata Yojana scholarship or education incentive in the same financial year.

Application Time Window

The application must be submitted:

• After completion of at least 1 year of registration by the worker
• Within the period when daughter's age is between 18 and 21 years

• Class 10 Marksheet/Certificate

• Any other document required by the competent authority

Important:

• Only original documents must be scanned and uploaded with the online application.
• Photocopies will not be accepted.
• When demanded by the approving authority, the beneficiary must present original documents for physical verification.
• Incomplete applications will not be accepted by the competent authority.

Steps to Apply

By Official Portal

• First you need to visit the official website of the Labour Department, Government of Chhattisgarh.
• After that navigate to the "Resources" section and select "Schemes" from the available options.
• Locate Mukhyamantri Noni Sashaktikaran Sahayata Yojana in the list of welfare schemes reconfirm the details about the scheme and click on "Apply Here.
• Choose the appropriate district and enter the registration number of the registered construction worker.
• Click on See Details to retrieve the worker's registration information from the Welfare Board records.
• Review the registration details displayed on the screen and check the information regarding benefits already received by the worker or eligible family members.
• Enter the captcha code and proceed to the verification stage.
• A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile number of the construction worker.
• Enter the OTP to verify the application.
• Once the OTP is successfully verified, the system will automatically display the available registration and personal details.
• Select Mukhyamantri Noni Sashaktikaran Sahayata Yojana from the list of schemes.
• Fill in the required information and upload all necessary supporting documents as specified.
• Provide the bank account details and any additional information requested in the application form.
• Carefully review all the entered details before submission to ensure they are correct and complete.
• Click on Submit to finalize the application.
• After the application is successfully submitted, download, save, or print the acknowledgement receipt for future reference and to track the application status.
• Applications are verified by the designated Labour Inspector.
• Final approval is granted by the Assistant Labour Commissioner or the competent authority.

By Shramev Jayate App

• Download and install the Shramev Jayate App from the Google Play Store.
• Open the app and select the "Shramik/Other" option.
• Register yourself by providing the required details, including your name, email address, password, mobile number, district, Vidhan Sabha, and whether you belong to a rural or urban area.
• After successful registration, log in to the app and select the BOC Board option.
• Navigate to the Scheme section and choose Mukhyamantri Noni Sashaktikaran Sahayata Yojana from the list of available schemes.
• Select your district and enter the registration number of the registered construction worker.
• The worker's registration details and information about previously availed benefits will be displayed on the screen for verification.
• Select the scheme and proceed with the application. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the construction worker.
• Enter the OTP to complete the verification process.
• Fill in the application form with the required details and upload all necessary supporting documents.
• Provide the beneficiary's bank account details and any additional information requested in the application form.
• Review all the information carefully to ensure that the details entered are accurate and complete.
• Submit the application through the app.
• After successful submission, download or save the acknowledgement receipt for future reference and for tracking the application status.
• The submitted application is verified by the designated Labour Inspector.
• Upon successful verification, the application is approved by the Assistant Labour
• Commissioner or the competent authority, and the benefit is processed accordingly.

By Choice Center or Labour Office

• Applicants who are unable to apply through the official portal can visit the nearest Choice Center or the concerned area Labour Office.
• The designated staff will assist in submitting the online application on behalf of the applicant.
• Applicants must carry all original documents at the time of visit.

Important Notes

• If any information provided in the application is found to be false at any level, the applicant will be personally responsible and the Board reserves the right to recover the full disbursed amount and initiate legal action.
• If any dispute or discrepancy arises beyond the stated terms and conditions of the scheme, the decision of the Board Secretary will be final and binding.
• Incomplete applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.
