Currently, the portal does not offer the new registration option. Therefore, women who have not registered should check the official portal periodically for updates on when registration will reopen. The government has not confirmed a reopening date in the information available for this update. Existing beneficiaries can contact the concerned LPG agency to clarify their eligibility, refill requirements and subsidy payment status.

Latest Update

On 14 October 2026, Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav transferred the gas refill subsidy amount to beneficiaries with a single click, from the Ladli Behna Yojana Sammelan held at village Guruwahi in Manpur Janpad Panchayat, Umaria district. The transfer covered both Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana LPG consumers and non-Ujjwala category women registered under Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana, against refills supplied to them at ₹450.

Eligibility Requirements

• She must already be registered under Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana.
• The domestic LPG connection must be in her own name.
• Both Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana connection holders and non-Ujjwala domestic connection holders are eligible.
• She must be married, widowed, divorced, or abandoned.
• Her age must be 21 years or above and below 60 years, as on 1 January of the application year.
• The family's combined annual income must not exceed ₹2,50,000.

How to Apply Online

1. Visit the official Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna portal at cmladlibahna.mp.gov.in.
2. Open the gas refill subsidy registration link on the portal.
3. Enter your Samagra ID and Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana registration ID.
4. Enter your LPG connection ID and gas connection consumer number.
5. Give the consent declaration shown on the registration form.
6. Submit the form and save the acknowledgement for your records.

Note: The online registration link is currently inactive on the portal. Applicants should use the offline route below until the department reopens it.

How to Apply Offline

1. Visit the centre in your gram panchayat, ward office, or camp site where Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana registration is carried out.
2. Carry your Ladli Behna registration ID, Samagra ID, LPG connection ID, and gas connection consumer number.
3. Collect the gas refill subsidy registration format available at the centre.
4. Fill in your gas connection details and sign the consent declaration on the format.
5. Hand the filled format to the centre in-charge, who will enter your details on the Ladli Behna portal.
6. Collect the acknowledgement for your registration before leaving the centre.
7. Book and take your LPG refill from your gas agency in the usual way, paying the normal retail rate.
8. Wait for the state grant to be credited to your bank account once the oil company shares your refill billing data with the Food Department.
