Scheme Introduction: A Brief Overview

• Finally, the Haryana Government has launched its much-awaited "Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana".
• The Scheme was announced during the assembly election, and since then, the women of Haryana have been eagerly waiting for its implementation.
• To commemorate the birth anniversary of Deendayal Upadhyay, the state government has implemented the scheme on 25 September 2025.
• The primary objective of the scheme is to address the financial needs of women, especially from disadvantaged groups and low-income groups.
• Under the Haryana Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana, the government will provide monthly financial assistance of Rs 2,100/- to each eligible woman.
• To fulfil this promise, the government has allocated a budget of Rs 5,000/- crore for the financial year 2025-26.
• The assistance under the Haryana Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana will be credited directly to the beneficiary's bank account.
• The scheme is also known by other names, such as the "Haryana Laado Lakshmi scheme", or "Haryana Lado Laxmi Yojana".
• Since the new government has been formed, they have been consistently working hard for the welfare and empowerment of women in the state. As part of it, they have launched many schemes such as: -
  • Drone Didi Scheme.
  • Har Ghar Har Grihini Scheme.
• Beneficiary women who meet all the guidelines shared in the Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana guidelines are eligible to receive its benefits.
• As per the guidelines, both married and unmarried women aged 23 years or above can apply for the scheme.
• Also, women with an annual family income of up to Rs 1,00,000/- are eligible.
• As there is no restriction on the number of applicants in a family, more than one woman in the family can apply for the scheme.
• Haryana SEWA Department will be the nodal authority of the scheme, to oversee its implementation.
• SEWA stands for Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes and Antyodaya Department.
• Women who meet all the eligibility conditions stated in the Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana guidelines can apply for the scheme starting from 25 September 2025.
• To receive monthly assistance of Rs 2100/-, beneficiaries must submit their applications under the Lado Lakshmi Yojana.
• The application form for the Lado Lakshmi Yojana can be submitted through the Lado Lakshmi Mobile App.
• Lado Lakshmi Mobile App Link is available on both the Google Play Store (for Android users) and the App Store (for iOS users).
• Haryana Government released the 1st Installment of Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana in which more than 5 lakh women beneficiaries received the amount of Rs. 2,100/- directly in their bank account.
• Contact the District Welfare Officer of your area in case you want to file a complaint or in case you didn't receive the Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana 1st Installment. Amount.

Scheme Benefits

• The Haryana Lado Laxmi Yojana aims to provide the following benefits to beneficiaries: -
  • It provides financial assistance to all women.
  • Each beneficiary will receive a monthly assistance of Rs 2,100/-
  • Support will be credited to the beneficiary bank account directly through DBT transfer.

Eligibility Requirement

• Applicants must confirm their eligibility before submitting applications for the Lado Laxmi Yojana of Haryana. Financial assistance of Rs 2,100/- will be provided to those who meet the below mentioned conditions : -
  • Applicants must be married or unmarried women from Haryana.
  • Applicants must be domiciled residents of Haryana.
  • Applicants age should be 23 years or more.
  • Applicants Annual Family Income should be less than 1 Lakh per year.
  • Women from other states who are married in Haryana are also eligible, if their husband is a resident of Haryana and has been residing in the state for the last fifteen years or more.

Ineligibility Criteria

• In case any woman applicant falls in any of the below-mentioned categories, then they are not entitled to receive the benefit of monthly financial assistance of Rs. 2,100/- under the scheme : -
  • If the applicant or any family members are central or State government employees.
  • If the applicant receives similar benefits from other schemes, such as :-
    • Old Age Samman Allowance Scheme.
    • Dwarf Allowance Scheme.
    • Widow and Destitute Scheme.
    • Ladli Social Security Allowance.
    • Financial Assistance to Kashmiri Migrant Families.
    • Divyang Financial Assistance.
    • Financial Assistance to Women and Girls Acid Attack Victims.
    • Financial Assistance to Unmarried Person Scheme.
    • Haryana Gaurav Samman Scheme for Padma Awardee.
  • If the applicant is paying income tax.
  • If receiving financial assistance or annuity from any Government or Local/Statutory Body which are owned and controlled by the government.

Required Documents

• Women Applicants must produce the following documents at the time of submitting online applications for Lado Lakshmi Yojana : -
  • Aadhaar Card.
  • PPP ID
  • Identity proof.
  • Bank Account Details.
  • Domicile Certificate.
  • Mobile Number linked with Aaadhaar.
  • Electricity Connection Number/Meter Number
  • Aadhaar details of all family members (for Unmarried women)
  • In-laws family members Aadhaar Details (applicable for married women)
  • Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Registration Number (if any)
  • Vehicle Registration Details (if any member in the family has a vehicle)

Steps to Apply

• Haryana Government has started accepting online applications for the Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana through a dedicated mobile app called "Lado Lakshmi App", developed by the Department of IT, Electronics, and Communication.
• The Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana App is officially launched by the Haryana Government and is available for download on the Google Play Store.
• Interested women applicants can visit the Play Store and download the Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana Mobile App to apply to receive monthly financial assistance of Rs. 2,100/- per month.
• Under the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana, women beneficiaries will be required to submit their applications only through the DDLLY mobile app.
  
• Once the app is installed, open it and enter your mobile number to begin the registration process.
  
• The applicant's mobile number will be verified through an OTP authentication system.
  
• After logging in, select 'Apply for the Scheme' from the app's dashboard. 
  
• Read the list of documents required for both married and unmarried individuals, and proceed.
  
• The application process will go through six stages whose details are appear here.
  
• Applicants must provide complete details, including personal information, Aadhaar details of self and family members, residence certificate, income declaration, PPP ID, electricity connection details, vehicle ownership status, and bank account details.
• Once the application form is successfully submitted, a Registration ID for the Lado Lakshmi Yojana will be generated by the app.
• The details submitted will then be sent to the Citizen Resources and Information Department (CRID) for verification.
• CRID will verify the applicant's details within 15 days using the PPP database.
• After verification, CRID will prepare a list of eligible beneficiaries and send an SMS notification to applicants, asking them to select the amount of financial support they wish to receive under the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025.
• CRID will then forward the verified beneficiary data to the SEWA Department of the Haryana Government.
• The SEWA Department will issue a DDLLY ID to every eligible woman applicant.
• As per the scheme, Rs. 2,100/- per month financial assistance will be directly credited to the beneficiary's bank account after final approval.
• All approved beneficiaries must also submit a monthly liveness certificate through the app using the face authentication method.
• The Lado Lakshmi App also includes a Grievance Redressal feature, allowing women to raise complaints related to the Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme.
• The District Social Welfare Officer will address these complaints.
