Scheme Introduction: A Brief Overview

The scheme allows applications within six months of childbirth, and benefits can be renewed annually for up to three years, subject to required documentation and renewal conditions.

Steps to Apply

Before applying for the scheme, the eligible applicants need to register with the State Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.

Worker Registration

For Worker Registration, applicants need to follow the process shared below:

• Start by visiting the official website of the Karnataka Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
• Click on the "Register" option and choose whether you are a new worker or an existing one.

Option 1: Existing Seva Sindhu / E-Karmika Worker

• If you have already registered on the Seva Sindhu portal, select this option.
• Enter your Aadhaar-linked mobile number and click on "Generate OTP."
• Verify the OTP to continue.

Option 2: New Construction Worker

• If you are registering for the first time, choose this option.
• Enter your mobile number linked with Aadhaar and generate the OTP.
• Complete the verification to move ahead.

Once this step is done, take a moment to review the required details and keep your documents ready. Then click on "Continue" to proceed.

Applying for the Scheme

• Log in using your registered mobile number and OTP.
• From your dashboard, go to the "Schemes" section.
• Select the Thayi Magu Sahaya Hastha Scheme.

• Finally, accept the declaration and submit your application.
