Scheme Introduction: A Brief Overview

The Rajasthan CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme is a Government of Rajasthan initiative that provides coaching support to eligible students for competitive examinations and professional entrance examinations. Under the scheme, selected coaching institutions provide coaching to students belonging to eligible categories so that financial constraints do not prevent them from preparing for important examinations. The scheme is administered by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Government of Rajasthan.

Under the Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Scheme, eligible Rajasthan-domiciled students can receive coaching for examinations conducted by UPSC, RPSC, RSSB and other recruiting agencies. The scheme also covers examinations such as JEE, NEET, CLAT, banking, railway, SSC, CDS and professional examinations including CA, CS and CMA. The government has prescribed separate coaching durations and maximum fee limits for different examinations and coaching institutions.

The scheme provides a total of 30,000 coaching seats across the examinations covered under the prescribed seat-allocation provisions. Seats are allocated among eligible categories including SC, ST, OBC, EWS, Minority, MBC and PwD candidates according to the applicable category-wise targets. The selection of students is carried out through the prescribed merit-based process.

To be eligible for the Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Scheme, the applicant must be a Rajasthan domicile and must satisfy the category, educational qualification and examination-specific conditions prescribed under the scheme. The applicant's annual family income should not exceed Rs. 8 lakh. Applicants must also fulfil the prescribed merit and other conditions applicable to the selected examination or course.

Students can apply for the Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Scheme online through the Rajasthan SSO portal or with assistance from an e-Mitra centre. Applicants need to provide their Jan Aadhaar, educational, domicile, category, income and bank-related details and select their preferred coaching institutions. After application and verification, candidates are considered for selection according to the prescribed merit, examination-wise and category-wise targets, and availability of seats. For the 2026-27 session, the application process for the Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Scheme has been opened from 8 September 2026. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online until 7 October 2026 through the prescribed Rajasthan government application system. The 2024 revised guidelines also prescribe different coaching fee limits for result-oriented and other selected coaching institutions.   • 60% after 30 days of verified attendance.
  • 35% after completion of the prescribed coaching period.
  • 5% after meeting the prescribed minimum result criteria.

Seat Allocation

The Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Scheme allocates a total of 30,000 seats across all covered examinations and courses for each session. Seats are distributed among eligible categories according to the targets prescribed in the scheme guidelines. The examination-wise and category-wise seat allocation is as follows.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following eligibility conditions to receive benefits under the Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Scheme:

• The applicant must be a domicile of Rajasthan.
• The applicant must belong to an eligible category covered under the scheme, including
  • SC
  • ST
  • OBC
  • MBC
  • EWS
  • Minority and
  • PwD.
• The applicant's annual family income should not exceed Rs. 8 lakh.
• The applicant must fulfil the prescribed educational qualification for the selected competitive or entrance examination.
• The applicant must fulfil the eligibility conditions prescribed for the particular examination or course.
• The applicant must be selected on the basis of the prescribed merit criteria.
• The applicant must not have already received free coaching under the scheme.
• Regular employees of the Central Government, State Government, public sector undertakings, boards or other government bodies are not eligible.

Steps to Apply

Eligible candidates can apply for the Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Scheme online through the Rajasthan SSO portal. Applicants can also take assistance from an e-Mitra centre to complete the application process.

• Applicants can apply for the Rajasthan Government's Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Yojana through an online application form.
• The online application form for the Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Yojana is available on the government's SSO Portal.
• Students can also apply for the Anuprati Coaching Yojana by visiting an e-Mitra Centre along with the required documents.
• Applicants must submit their application form within the prescribed deadline.
• The Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Yojana 2026 form last date is 07-10-2026.
• To apply independently, first complete the registration on the SSO Portal.
• After registration, log in using the User ID and Password sent through the portal and click on SJMS SMS.
• Next, select "Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Yojana" from the schemes operated by the concerned department.
  
• Next, select Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Yojana from the list and select "Student" under the login type.
  
• After making the selection, the Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Yojana application form will appear along with the applicant's dashboard.
  
• Once the application form opens, the student must enter the following information:
  • Personal details.
  • Bank account details.
  • Details of the examination passed and its result.
  • Upload the required documents, such as:
  • Jan Aadhaar.
  • Income Certificate.
  • Caste Certificate.
  • Certificate of the examination passed.
  • Affidavit and other required documents.
  • EWS Certificate, if applicable.
• After entering all the required information, click on the "Submit" button.
• Once the information is submitted, the applicant's profile will be created.
• After the profile is created, select "Apply Scheme" from the dashboard and choose the application option against the scheme name.
• After making the selection, the application form will open, with basic information retrieved from Jan Aadhaar already filled in.
• Enter the remaining details and click on "Proceed".
• On the next page, select the details related to the examination, institution, and class.
• Upload the required documents in the prescribed format at the designated locations.
• Then click on the "Submit" button to complete the application process.
• After the application is submitted, an application number will be displayed on the screen. The applicant will also receive the application details through SMS and email.
• Applicants can log in to the portal to check the status of their application.
• The concerned department officials will verify the submitted applications.
• After verification, the coaching fees of the selected beneficiary students will be covered by the government under the Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Yojana.

Key Features of the Scheme

• Applications submitted by candidates under the Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Yojana will be forwarded to the concerned departmental District Magistrate based on the applicant's category.
• The concerned departmental District Magistrate will verify the applications and accept or reject them within 15 days.
• A merit list will be prepared for the accepted applications and forwarded to the concerned coaching institutes.
• Merit will be determined based on the marks obtained in the minimum qualifying examination (Class 12 or Class 10).
• For students from the CBSE Board, the percentage will be multiplied by a factor of 0.9, while the percentage obtained from the RBSE Board will be considered as it is.
• While selecting candidates, efforts will be made to ensure that at least 50% of the beneficiaries are female students.
