The Bihar Mukhyamantri Pichhada Varg Medhavriti Yojanais a merit-based scholarship scheme implemented by the Backward Classes and Extremely Backward Classes Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, to encourage meritorious students from the Backward Class (BC) and Extremely Backward Class (EBC) communities.
